Why Amuse? The french word Amuse means pleasure and that pleasure of food and drink is what we want to share wuth you in our restaurant.

The philosophy of our restaurant is in using high qualitty fresh ingredients from local or foreign suppliers and farmers. They have the same passion for food and we take over this pleasant duty to dispose of their products the best way we could with our knowledge and experience.

Martin Liška

Martin worked with the renowned chefs like Ulrich Sahajdák from the restaurant La Degustation Boheme Bourgoise, the Michelin star holder. He has won several culinary awards from international and local competitions, for example gold and silver medal from Thailand – Food and Hoteliers Expo. Martin collects historical cookbooks which are the inspiration for him.

Michal has experience from the several well-known Prague restaurants. There he worked in management and gained experience in the modern gastronomy (both traditional Czech and international cuisine). Michal also has a lot of experience in leading the culinary classes.
